Should you wish to proceed a program will be designed to improve your current level of fitness
and may include strength, cardio, improving muscle balance, targeting specific groups of muscles,
mobility, or combinations of these.
Fees are based on a 45 minute session at $60. 60 minute session $70. 30 minute session $50
Discounts are available for 8 sessions used within a 4 week period.
Add $10 for appointments after 8pm. Last appointment 9pm
